Dragan Gajić

A world-class right wing, Dragan Gajić made his mark as one of the most decorated handball players of his generation.

His career includes:
– Top Scorer of the 2015 World Men's Handball Championship with 71 goals.
– Named Best Right Wing of the tournament and selected for the All-Star Team.
– Multiple-time Best Right Wing in the French league
– National Championships and top-scoring records in elite European clubs, including RK Celje, Montpellier, and Telekom Veszprém.
– 692 goals in 161 appearances for the Slovenian national team.

After retiring from professional handball in 2024, Dragan became one of the very few former players to hold a sports agent license in France and Hungary, working with clubs in Germany, Denmark, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Spain, Slovenia, Croatia, Switzerland, Austria, Greece, Notrh Macedonia, Serbia… determined to change the game off the court by advocating for players and ensuring they receive the best career opportunities.

Dr. Aida Gajić

Coming from a completely different field, Dr. Aida Gajić brings a strong legal, academic, and brand management foundation to Arias Agency.

– Holds a Ph.D. in International Law specializing in Sports Law.
– Published numerous scientific works on governance and legal frameworks.
– Lectured worldwide, advising on regulations and global governance management.
– Consulted governments on law and policy development.
– Holds a university degree in Management with expertise in brand management for top world players.

With an in-depth understanding of athlete branding, sponsorships, and market positioning, Aida helps players build their personal brands, secure top sponsorship deals, and maximize their influence beyond the handball court.
